National industry politics and federal law have resulted in NAR policy changes that require local MLSs to unbundle MLS services. Effective July 1, 2016, HAR will comply with these new NAR policies by providing an additional package of services.
All MLS Subscribers will continue to receive those services defined by NAR as "substantially related to the function of a MLS" in a MLS Standard package.
A new MLS Platinum (optional) package of services has been developed by HAR designed to drive leads to your business and maximize your marketing exposure.

Changes on July 1, 2016
Beginning July 1, 2016, HAR will offer its new MLS Platinum package as an optional, add-on service to MLS Standard.

MLS Standard:
All MLS subscribers will continue to receive MLS Standard services which includes full access to Tempo MLS, Fusion MLS, Realist Tax, HAR.com mobile apps and a number of other services at the same low cost you are paying today, nearly 50% less than the national average for MLS fees.

MLS Platinum:
Subscribers who choose to take advantage of the lead generation (Lead-Connect, Property Hotline, Facebook App, MarketInsight), agent promotion (Agent Website with IDX/VOW, Client Experience Ratings, Agent Branded app), and listing promotion (HomeSite, Automatic Social Media Posting) services may subscribe to the additional MLS Platinum package at a cost of $129/year.
To purchase services comparable to these from third parties would cost more than $1,800 per year, so you still receive a great value.
